Scott Gilbert

Chief Operating Officer

Scott’s journey to sobriety began on September 12, 2001, after a challenging battle with alcohol and drug addiction.

His personal transformation became a driving force in advocating for universal access to top-quality care for those grappling with addiction.

Since 2003, Scott has blazed a trail by setting up and operating multiple treatment centres in the United States. His commitment went global in 2006  when he launched  a consulting firm that facilitated the rise of treatment centers in the U.S. and the U.K.

With over two decades of hands-on experience, Scott has navigated the complexities of addiction recovery. He has been instrumental in laying the groundwork for new centres and revitalizing existing facilities facing challenges. His expansive knowledge encompasses treatment operation, strategic planning, financial management, community and government relations, and partnership building.

Recognizing Alberta’s pressing need for advanced addiction recovery solutions, Scott sees an avenue brimming with potential, aligning seamlessly with the expertise he brings to ROSC Solutions Group. His vision, backed by a proven track record, reinforces his commitment to transforming the addiction recovery landscape.

His ethos, closely mirroring that of ROSC Solutions Group, is grounded in the belief that with collaborative efforts, there’s always hope for those seeking a path to recovery.
